We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team.
Reporting to the company's Controller, the ideal candidate will
have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience
in managing financial records and preparing financial reports. This
role will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling the
general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries, and assisting
with month-end closing processes. Additionally, the candidate will
have a strong understanding of accounting principles, ensure that
all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely
manner with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced
environment.
- Weekday schedule 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

development.Requirements:Essential Duties:
- Manage the reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet
accounts for multiple companies (i.e. Daily bank reconciliations,
Accounts Payable and Account Receivables DSO aging analysis, Fixed
Assets, taxes).
- Perform monthly quality checks to ensure no items are missed
before results are published.
- Review accruals and other balance sheet accounts to ensure
accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
- Assist with reviewing financial and operational processes to
ensure are functioning as intended.
- Perform special projects, studies and other duties as assigned
by the Controller.Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teaEducation and
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of three to five years of accounting experience
- Experience working with ERP systems, Great Plains
preferred.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills that reflect the
ability to analyze a broad range of issues and provide
solutions.
- Ability to work cross functionally and reach win-win
solutions.
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office
products, especially Excel, Access database is a plusThe above
