Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounting Analyst job opportunity for the corporate office located in Oakland, California. This position is hybrid and will be required to be in-office 2 days a week. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of accounting experience as an accountant working with the general ledger, preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, journal entries, financial report preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, process payroll, and assist with other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required - Software experience with Quickbooks Online preferred but experience with other accounting platforms would be great to have - Industry experience in architectural or engineering would be a plus - Industry experience in a CPA firm would be nice. Comfortable filling out a timesheet daily to account for hours worked - Team player, proactive, and detailed - Attention to detail, problem-solver, and strong time management skills - Excellent communications (written & verbal) - Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate to Advanced, Word & Outlook) Experience: 2 years of accounting experience (Staff Accountant, General Ledger Accountant, Full Charge Bookkeeper) Employment Type: Direct Hire Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision - 100% covered by the company, 401k, paid holidays If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com!
