We currently have a client in Taylor, MI looking for a Travel RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor!Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Nurse Supervisor to manage staff, oversee patient care, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, as well as recruiting and training new personnel.Contract Assignment - 13 Weeks (Temporary)Shift: RotatingRewards: (Registered Nurse Supervisor Benefits)

    • Supervise all nursing and unit-base personnel on shift
    • Create a safe and caring environment for patients, family, and staff to foster professional nursing practices
    • Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and monitor policies and procedures, budgets, and the allocation of resources
    • Create continuous quality improvement initiatives and educational programs
    • Allow for shared leadership to achieve departmental and organizational goals and objectives
    • Provide nursing care as needed to patient population
    • Ensure appropriate protocols with procedures and customer satisfaction
    • All other responsibilities as needed
