that proposals are submitted on time and meet the client's
requirements. Coordinating stakeholders Bid coordinators work with
a variety of teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal,
to gather input for proposals. Managing documentation Bid
coordinators are responsible for document production, governance,
and sign-off. Responding to requests Bid coordinators respond to
requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and
requests for information (RFIs). Tracking tenders Bid coordinators
are the first point of contact for bid submissions and track all
tenders and expressions of interest. Using technology Bid
coordinators may use graphic design software to create visual aids
that help convey information. Attention to detail Bid coordinators
must ensure that proposals are error-free and meet the client's
requirements.
