Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) to join our elementary team serving students in
PreK5th grade . This is a full-time, onsite position in a
supportive school environment near Cleveland, OH. Caseload Details:
Weighted caseload: Approximately 80 students Compensatory services
are required and must be provided The building includes: A Pre-K
Autism classroom K5 Autism classrooms Many students utilize AAC
devices to support communication Responsibilities: Provide speech
and language therapy services to elementary students (PreK5)
Support students with autism and complex communication needs
Implement and support AAC systems and communication strategies
Deliver compensatory services as required Collaborate with special
education staff, teachers, and families Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with IEP requirements Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible Ohio
SLP license ASHA CCCs preferred (or CF supervision available, if
applicable) Experience with autism and AAC is highly preferred Why
