Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a Special Education
Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs in a
vibrant school environment located in Washington, Illinois. This
role requires dedication to fostering inclusive education and
developing personalized learning plans that enhance student
success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized
education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to
create adaptive learning strategies. Monitor and document student
progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
Provide direct instruction and support to students with
disabilities in both classroom and resource settings. Participate
in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
activities. Travel as needed between educational sites within the
region to accommodate student schedules and school requirements.
Desired Qualifications: Valid state certification in Special
Education. Experience working with students with varying
disabilities in a school setting. Strong communication and
collaboration skills with educators, families, and service
providers. Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse
learning styles. Willingness and ability to travel between schools
as required. Location: Washington, Illinois with regional travel to
support multiple educational sites. This position offers a chance
