Based in Toledo, OH , you will also travel nationwide as needed (10-15%) to assist customers on-site. This role involves troubleshooting machines, ordering spare parts, and supporting machine installations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot machines on-site and remotely Perform machine set-ups for customer demonstrations Assist with internal facility operations, including spare parts ordering and shipments Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues Travel up to 15 percent for hands-on technical support Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to replace machine parts Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to customer needs Willingness to travel and learn in a fast-paced environment Apply today to take the next step in your engineering career. The range given is broad and should be considered as a guideline only.
