love turning CAM strategies into immaculate parts, this role pairs
programming with on-machine execution. You’ll prepare set-ups,
manage changeovers, and run milling centers while safeguarding
quality every step of the way. What You’ll Do Author CNC programs
and produce clear work instructions for repeatability. Operate CNC
milling equipment (core focus on 3?axis; any 5?axis experience is a
plus). Set the correct tools, holders, and offsets as defined in
the program. Use and navigate control interfaces to start, monitor,
and optimize operations. Measure parts, identify issues,
troubleshoot processes, and make accurate adjustments. Follow
documented procedures to ensure top-tier cut quality and
consistency. Perform set-ups, changeovers, and routine
loading/unloading between runs. Must-Have Capabilities Materials:
proven results cutting aluminum, steel, and kirksite; experience
with molds and dies. Controls: practical knowledge of Fanuc, HAAS,
Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain; Toshiba TASNuc 999 familiarity is a
bonus. CAM: proficiency with WorkNC and PowerMill programming.
Mechanical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills. Blueprint
literacy, including feature interpretation and datum strategies.
Competence in shop math and moderate analytical tasks.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 5 years of CNC
cutting experience. Demonstrated CNC programming experience.
Supervisory Scope None. Physical Requirements Activities include
walking, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching,
pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing. Lift up to 50
