Job Description Core Responsibilities: /n - Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and electrical block diagrams. /n - Assemble and wire electro-mechanical components and controllers accurately and efficiently. /n - Set up and assemble control systems in a timely manner to ensure on-time shipments. /n - Ensure all assembled parts meet dimensional specifications and certification requirements. /n - Work from verbal and written instructions to produce high-quality products. /n - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies. /n - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support a team-oriented workplace. /n - Demonstrate commitment to "Quality at the Source" and adherence to ISO/QS 9000 standards. /n /n Skills: /n - Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical and mechanical assembly. /n - Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and reading electrical wiring schematics. /n - Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings. /n - Solid math skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. /n - Basic computer literacy is required. /n - Knowledge and understanding of safe working methods and continuous improvement practices. /n /n Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
