Job Description:
About the Company - The Cleveland Treatment Center is looking
for LPN or RN to join our nursing team. Cleveland Treatment Center
is a non-profit organization that specializes in opiate/heroin
addiction for approximately 300 clients.About the Role -Daily
dosing, take home medication preparation, assessing
clients.Responsibilities:Dispenses medication and maintains records
of medication provided.Writes reports, confers with other nurses
and counselors on the condition of patients. Supervises, schedules
and collects laboratory tests, physical examinations and urine
specimens. Maintains medical records.Participates in staff
conferences and in-service training.Evaluates, screens and refer
clients with medical problems to the attending physician.Provides
support and guidance to program members, detects and identifies
potential problems. Performs supportive counseling and
documentation.Performs related work as required.OTHER SKILLS AND
ABILITIES: Perform health inventories, physical assessments and
vital signs with assigned population. Assess/identify medical
problems and communicate relevant information to
physician.Demonstrate cultural competency.Demonstrate competency in
chemical dependency detox and treatment. Identify psycho social
needs of clients.Demonstrate ability to accurately inventory,
dispense and store medications.Qualifications - An RN or LPN degree
in nursing or graduation from an accredited school of nursing. A
minimum of two (2) years of professional nursing experience = Ohio
State Approved NurseRequired SkillsExtensive and detailed knowledge
of professional nursing theory and practice. Pay range and
