Caregiver responsibilities include: Assisting with activities of
daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light
housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and
companionship Supporting mobility, transfers, and range of motion
exercises Providing medication reminders and documenting client
conditions Notifying supervisors of changes or concerns Ensuring a
safe, clutter-free home environment Engaging clients in activities
like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies Caregiver candidates
should have: A high school diploma (or equivalent) Current CPR
certification (on-site training available) A valid Michigan
driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation A
compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability
to lift up to 50 lbs An open schedule with flexibility to meet
client needs Demonstrated caregiving experience with the ability to
