local contract nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description &

Weeks contract (With Extensions) Hours: 36 Hours/Week Pay rate:
$54/Hr to $61/Hr on W2 Level 2 RN – Med Surg Stepdown 3E Nights -
7:00p-7:30a EOW and Holiday - Min 2 year experience cardiac
stepdown - Straight Nights 7:00p-7:30a EOW and Holiday - Current
license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing - BLS and ACLS required
On-call per unit needs. If called in, candidate must be able to
arrive within one hour of call in. This nurse plays a key role in
observing patients’ physical conditions, providing basic nursing
care, and assisting in early detection of potential health issues.
General Observations Nurses work closely with doctors ,specialists,
and other healthcare team members to ensure that patients
’conditions are regularly assessed and managed effectively. Key
Responsibilities: 1. Patient Monitoring and Assessment: -
Continuously monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, heart
rate, respiratory rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation,
ensuring timely updates and documentation. - Assess patients'
overall physical condition, including monitoring for changes in
symptoms or sudden deterioration. - Conduct routine physical exams
and record observations related to patient health status. -
Document and report any significant changes in patient conditions
