What You’ll Do Comprehensive Diagnostic Interpretation Interpret and report on a wide range of imaging studies, including X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, CT, and MRI. Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable results that support the treatment decisions of primary care providers and specialists. Patient-Centered Consultations Provide clear, consultative communication with referring physicians to guide clinical decision-making. When necessary, offer insights to patients about diagnostic results in partnership with their care team. Collaboration Across Care Teams Work closely with our internal medicine, women’s health, cardiology, and urgent care teams to deliver coordinated care. Participate in case reviews, clinical rounds, and continuous improvement initiatives. Quality Assurance and Compliance Adhere to all regulatory, accreditation, and internal quality standards (including ACR, CMS, and state regulations). Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts in imaging accuracy, patient safety, and workflow efficiency. Support Technological Innovation Leverage our advanced imaging systems and work with IT teams to ensure imaging software and PACS systems operate at peak performance. Provide feedback on imaging protocols, upgrades, and diagnostic tools that improve workflow and outcomes. What You Bring Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with specialization in Radiology. Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology (or eligibility within 1 year of hire). Active and unrestricted medical license in Michigan or ability to obtain. Fellowship training in Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Women’s Imaging, or Body Imaging preferred but not required. Experience Preferred 2 years of post-residency clinical radiology experience (new grads with strong training will be considered). Experience interpreting a full range of imaging studies, including cross-sectional imaging and breast imaging. Familiarity with outpatient diagnostic workflow is a plus. Skills and Attributes Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset.
