lasting. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Provide individual and group therapy sessions within the Intensive
Outpatient Program (IOP), for patients with substance use
disorders, both in-person and via telehealth, embodying the
Steadfast patient-first ethos. Conduct comprehensive
biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment and discharge
plans that align with IOP level-of-care requirements and
evidence-based best practices. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic
modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy
(DBT), to support patient recovery. Collaborate with all
clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care
plans, including Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants,
and Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring integrated treatment
approaches. Support patients in crisis intervention situations and
coordinate higher levels of care when necessary. Maintain thorough
and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and
organizational guidelines. Pioneer innovative ways of improving
access and overall care for disadvantaged, marginalized
populations. Champion the company's mission by modeling compassion
and fostering trust and strong relationships with patients and
communities. Educate patients and families on SUD, co-occurring
disorders, and available resources to support sustained recovery
and overall health. Participate in regular case consultations, team
meetings, and continuing education to stay current with best
practices in SUD treatment. Time Commitment: Part-time;
approximately 10–25 hours per week, primarily during weekday
afternoons and evenings Reports to: Facility Administrator
Location: Remote Compensation Range: $33-$38 an hour as a part-time
W2 employee Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

patient care. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such
as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing
(MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patient
recovery. Collaborate with all clinic-level team members to
formulate and execute patient care plans, including Advanced
Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery
Specialists, ensuring integrated treatment approaches. Support
patients in crisis intervention situations and coordinate higher
levels of care when necessary. Maintain thorough and timely
documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational

Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and
continuing education to stay current with best practices in SUD
treatment. Qualifications Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or
equivalent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, etc.) in Ohio. Minimum of 2 years
of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use
disorders. Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy in an
IOP, PHP, or comparable treatment setting. Certification in
addiction counseling is a plus. Experience with telehealth
platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus. Strong knowledge of
SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities. Ability to
effectively interact with diverse staff, patients, and community
members. Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible, can-do
mentality, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional

Requirements The physical demands described here are representative
of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform
the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations

periods during patient sessions and team meetings. Frequent use of
hands for typing, writing, and handling clinical documentation.
Occasional lifting and carrying of materials (e.g., patient files,
training supplies) up to 25 pounds. Ability to quickly respond to
emergencies, including assisting patients in distress or crisis
situations. Visual and auditory acuity to assess patient needs,
read documentation, and communicate effectively. Ability to
navigate clinic spaces, including patient rooms, offices, and
common areas. Potential exposure to high-stress situations
requiring emotional resilience and de-escalation skills. Investors
