Start Date: 3/17/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is
working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Lansing, Michigan, 48912! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night
Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of Level I trauma
experience required. Experience in interpretation and management of
dysrhythmias required. EPIC charting experience required. License:
State nursing license required. Certifications: ACLS required. BCLS
required (by AHA). PALS required. TNCC required. ENPC preferred.
NIH required. Must-Have: Traveler must have Level I trauma
experience. Traveler agrees to work 3 weekends (Friday to Sunday)
per 4-week schedule. Traveler acknowledges high patient ratios of
1:5-6. Traveler must hold required certifications including TNCC,
ACLS, BCLS, PALS, and NIH. Description: The role involves providing
emergency care in a Level 1 Trauma Center. The Emergency Room
handles high volumes of patients with a daily census of
approximately 250. Staffing ratios can range from 1:4 to 1:6 during
day shifts and 1:4 to 1:7 during night shifts. In this role, you
will be expected to float to the Pediatric Emergency Department if
necessary. Having experience with continuous IV sedation and
procedural sedation administration is preferred. Familiarity with
triage processes is a plus. Modules must be completed before the
traveler can begin working on the floor. Special equipment may be
utilized in this unit setting. Travelers should be prepared for
high acuity situations and varying patient care needs. 5 Benefits
