Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/13/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description: /t - Provide care for post-operative cardiac surgery patients (CABG, valve replacement/repair, aortic surgery, heart transplant, LVAD, etc.) /t - Manage patients on mechanical ventilation and advanced airway support. /t - Monitor and interpret hemodynamic data (Swan-Ganz, arterial lines, central lines) Titrate vasoactive drips (e.g., Levophed, Dopamine, Epinephrine, Vasopressin) Care for patients with temporary/permanent pacemakers. /t - Manage chest tubes, arterial lines, central venous lines. /t - Recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies and code situations ????. /t - Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary team.
