affiliate agreements. Critical Access Hospital serving Garrett
County and surrounding rural communities Full-service Emergency
Department with 24/7 coverage Non-designated trauma center with
stabilize-and-transfer model for higher-acuity trauma Close
transfer relationships with regional Level III trauma centers
Low-to-moderate patient volume typical of a rural ED Broad-scope
emergency medicine with a mix of medical, minor trauma, and limited
high-acuity cases Physicians practice with a high level of autonomy
Trauma and specialty cases stabilized on site and transferred as
