Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An experienced
Occupational Therapist is sought for a full-time contract position
in Lansing, MI, working within a school setting. This role supports
K-12 students with significant needs, providing therapy to
approximately 40 center-based students aged 3 to 26 years. The
therapist will collaborate closely with another full-time
occupational therapist, fostering a team approach to student care.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver occupational therapy services to a
diverse caseload of students in a school environment. - Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's
unique needs. - Collaborate with educators, families, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student development. - Monitor
and document student progress, maintaining compliance with school
district and state regulations. - Participate in team meetings and
contribute to program development. Qualifications and Experience: -
Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license is mandatory. -
Prior experience working in school settings is highly preferred. -
Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Strong
communication and organizational skills. - Commitment to
student-centered care and professional development. Position
Details: - Location: Lansing, Michigan - Contract position starting
ASAP through June 3, 2026 - Full-time, 35 hours per week - Caseload
includes students with significant needs, age range 3-26 years
