Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred. Documentation of 1 year of clinical experience with geriatric patients preferred. Experience with common SNF equipment and procedures (gait training, transfers, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise) preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8 (0830–1630). VMS Contract Weeks: 13-week assignment. VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
