Licensed Nursing Home Administrator – Skilled Nursing Full
Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting

Clyde, Ohio market is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
(NHA) to oversee operations and continue driving strong performance
across the building. This facility is stable and performing well
across census, financials, and clinical outcomes. The incoming
administrator will step into a well-supported environment with the
opportunity to maintain operational excellence while continuing to

growth Qualifications Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
license required Minimum of 3 years of experience as an NHA in a
skilled nursing facility Strong understanding of regulatory
compliance and survey processes Proven leadership and team
management experience Excellent communication, organizational, and
