16.00-18.00/HOUR (BASED ON EXPEREINCE) SHIFT: 2nd 2PM-10:30PM M-F Description:This company is a bread manufacturing company. They are making loafs of bread and buns. They make the dough, cook the bread, slice the bread, bag it and ship it. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the GMP codes of the facility, assuring each line is tracking and noting their temperatures, along with weighing bread and checking for quality.JOB DUTIES: Monitor GMP codes and perform floor checks. Example- if they see someone without a hair net or nail polish on they are responsible for saying something to that person about it. They check paperwork of each line (they track there temp checks) to make sure they are doing it and saying something if they are not. Completing paperwork regarding these checks (it is very basic) They are responsible for weighing bread on the bread line to assure the weight is correct- quality They check the sanitation and cleanliness of the floor They are given an iPad to document some of these thingsSkills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE: Production experience Food/GMP code experience (even if it is from a restaurant of some sort) OR quality experience- They need one or the other Basic computer skills About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
