Modis has an exciting opportunity for a top-notch IT professional – a Business Analyst job located in Dearborn, MI 48126
 
Job Description:  
Lead Analysis effort for Lincoln Black Label Phase II Project to deliver 2015 scope, which includes trading capability, Vehicle Holding Center pilot assessment, and various minor enhancements from Phase I effort. Collect and document all business requirements. Translate requirements into system specifications by working with various application teams on wireframes, use cases, and other appropriate documentation. Provide leadership to ultimately obtain consensus on business requirements. Leadership capabilities that can drive a large team with diverse opinions to consensus. Skills Required:  
• 5+ years of Business Requirements Gathering
• Strong anlaytical skills
• Past experience working directly with business partners
• Ability to respond positively to challenges and assimilate to changing requirements
• Highly motivated professional (self-starter and results oriented), who is able to multi-task effectively
 
Education Required:  
Bachelor Degree in Information Systems
