Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Telephony Modernization Program by migrating from Avaya
to AWS Connect
Develop and maintain integrated communication platforms for member
and provider engagement across various channels
Integrate contact center platforms with healthcare systems and
implement CI/CD improvements
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as an Omnichannel Developer
7+ years of experience with AWS Connect, Lambda, LEX, and call flow
documentation
7+ years of experience running a code pipeline and code
repositories (CI/CD)
5+ years of experience leading migrations from Avaya to AWS
Connect
AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner - Lowest Cert)
