Job Description:
Our client, located in Avon Lake, is seeking a Help Desk analyst
to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the IT
Support Department providing guidance to end users across various
technical needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive
attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Help Desk Analyst Location: Avon Lake, OH Pay Range: Shift:
Monday - Friday - 7:00 am to 5:30 pm; flexible start and end time.
What's the Job? Provide level 1 customer and technical support via
inbound phone and email requests Identify, troubleshoot, document,
and resolve or escalate customer issues Apply technical skills and
develop advanced troubleshooting capabilities Maintain ownership of
all cases throughout the resolution process, including follow-up
with customers and collaboration with IT teams Enter and track
incident tickets in the ServiceNow system, ensuring accurate
documentation and timely updates What's Needed? 1-5 years of
experience troubleshooting in a help desk or service desk
environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability
to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Familiarity
with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow Willingness to
participate in continuous process improvement initiatives What's in
