Come join this rapidly growing company in the racing industry Qualifications: Experience in powder coating or painting is a plus but NOT required General manufacturing experience is preferred Skills: Work efficiently in a fast paced environment Ability to visually detect defects Ability to work on feet for duration of shift Desire to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The essential functions of the job include preparing parts and materials for finishing; able to properly plug, mask and unmask parts that are painted; setting up and performing finishing operations on components and products; loading and unloading parts and materials on conveyors and racks before and after processing /hanging and taking down assemblies on the paint line that go through the paint process; inspecting finished coatings to ensure conformance to quality standards; able to properly package parts to prevent damage during movement.
