Our 50,000 square foot facility employs approximately 150 team
members. Our site focuses primarily on plasma spray coating (HA,
TPS) in the spine and large joint for orthopedic implants that

SHIFT DET - Shift 1 ($0) (United States of America - Michigan) A
BRIEF OVERVIEW The Operations Administrator is a key partner in
keeping our manufacturing facility running smoothly and
efficiently. This role works side-by-side with the operations team
to ensure the seamless execution of production processes, resource
allocation, and compliance with company policies. If you’re
detail-oriented, organized and enjoy being at the center of how
things get done, this role makes a real impact. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Production Support: Support and coordinate production activities by
ensuring materials, equipment and resources are available when
needed Create production jobs and accurately assign materials to
each job to keep workflows moving without interruptions Document
Management and Compliance: Prepare, print, organize and maintain
Device History Records (DHRs) routers, and job packets to ensure
accuracy and audit readiness Match job packets to orders and
organize product in FIFO order to maintain compliance and
traceability Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry and
generate reports related to production, inventory levels, and
resource utilization Assist with inventory management to support
accurate tracking and availability of materials Process Assistance:
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying
opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency Assist
in implementing workflow enhancements that help optimize overall
operational performance EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS High School Or
Equivalent (Required) Associates (Preferred) EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing
(Preferred) Operations Experience (Preferred) KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
