What You’ll Do: - Operate mechanical and automated manufacturing equipment - Perform safe, efficient machine setup and operation - Complete quality checks and document production - Monitor equipment and report issues - Keep machines clean and perform basic preventive maintenance - Work independently and as part of a team Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd What You Need: - High school diploma - 1 year manufacturing experience - Strong attention to detail - Reliable, motivated, and able to follow instructions - Good communication skills and a strong work ethic Bonus Skills: Mechanical aptitude, experience reading routers/BOMs/work instructions, willingness to learn.
