Your Opportunity: Curtis 1000 (a division of Taylor Corporation) is looking for a Director of Technology, Implementation & Support to lead the implementation of our value-add technology platforms with our customers. The Director will lead the process of defining, executing and measuring success for customer implementation and support across our platforms.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in implementing technology platforms that drive value to clients. The candidate must be comfortable working in a matrix organizational structure, driving formal implementation management and customer support processes, and providing concise executive level communication.

This position is a role for a seasoned technology leader capable of juggling high profile customers. A strong candidate will have a solid experience with technology, customer/account management, project management, people management, functional team leadership, as well as superb skills in communications, problem-solving, cross-team coordination, processes, and change management.

This position ensures day to day execution of Customer Technology Implementation operational processes ensuring delivery at the highest level of customer satisfaction to our external customer and manage customer expectations clearly for timeline and delivery of capabilities. The Director of Technology Implementation and Support holds their team accountable to disciplined solution configuration, project management, professional customer interaction and system functionality expertise to act as a first line of sight to delivering best in class solutions to our customers. This position requires the ability to both analyze customer requirements and departmental process as well as team leadership, change leadership, and collaboration. This position will be required to collaborate with other functions of technology and the business and foster a cohesive overall team.

Your Responsibilities:

* Ensure execution of operational processes that deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to our external customers.

* Hold the team accountable to operational disciplines derived from creating quantitative reports with analysis around metrics.

* Accountable for a team that is high-performing while delivering quick and efficient solutions and documentation.

* Create, run and analyze department metrics / SLA reporting.

* Identify and implement areas of opportunity to streamline and/or improve processes through analysis of customer needs and feedback from technical sales teams and other cross functional partners.

* Review and establish SOPs as necessary to create standardization and sustainability.

* Lead by example and model the way to move the team through the ever changing environment of Taylor and the industry.

* Interact with customers at multiple levels to execute first class customer implementations.

* Direct all aspects of customer platform implementation outside of software delivery across all technology product offerings.

* Communicate status of each implementation (internally and externally)

* Create and ensure alignment with other technology and business teams

* Build out cost and headcount model to support increased pace of implementation or migration

* Quality assurance for all customer implementations

* Develop and build accountable leaders through team mentorship and coaching

* Establish improvements to process and structure to drive ongoing success of the team

You Must Have:

* 10+ years of customer focused, technology implementation experience

* 6+ years of leadership and management through direct reporting

* Experience with customer facing technology platforms

* Proven ability to manage customer expectations and internal resource commitments

* Proven ability to drive outcomes and deliver results

* Focus on customer centric deliverables

* Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) with ability to write with the clarity and precision necessary for the work being performed based upon the audience (detail and ability to abstract)

* Ability to influence and work cross functionally

* Ability to manage a budget to achieve optimal business results

* Excellent project management and execution disciplines

* Strong analytical and organization skills

* High attention to detail

* Ability to learn quickly

* Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions/actions/problems.

* Able to apply excellent business acumen and collaborative skills when resolving problems.

* Must have strong and demonstrated customer relationship skills.

* Must be able to lead and influence resources from various parts of the organization.

* Committed to success and open to new ideas of achieving success

* Adapt to a rapidly changing environment making independent decisions on priority and escalation.
