Material handlers / Quality Inspectors (Entry-level) Job locations: Taylor, MI (Must apply in Livonia MI)Working hours: Day shift available - start 6:30am (must be able to work overtime) Principle Duties and Responsibilities:* Detail oriented and reliable. Must have reliable transportation.* Working with a hand scanner (PDA) to check-in parts.* Reading and legible writing skills are required as well as good math skills.* Manufacturing or Quality Assurance experience a plus but not required.* Have a positive attitude, takes direction, works well and is respectful.* Basic math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, measuring, etc...)* Able to stand for 8+ hour shift, repeated bending and possible lifting up-to 20lbs* Warehouse environment (hot and cold temperatures)* Review and understand product specifications and work instructions for assignment..* Perform visual inspections, mechanical and functional verification of parts could also be required to ensure compliance to set specification and quality standards.* Collect and record accurate data regarding reviewed parts and defects.
