Description:JOB SUMMARYUnder the general direction of the
Workforce Program Manager-Adult and Business Services, the
Workforce Development Coordinator (GPTF) will provide support with
the Going Pro Talent Fund (GPTF) program which includes but is not
limited to entering data into the State of Michigan Web-Based
Learning Online Management System (WBLOMS), generating reports,
data entry into CRM Launchpad, data collection from Business
Services Representatives and employers, and processing
invoices.Essential FunctionsAssist with reviewing and entering
Going Pro Talent Fund (GPTF) applications and award information
into LaunchpadProvide a status report on application and award data
as requested by SEMCA leadershipFollow-up with Business Services
contractors and employers for application and/or training
completion informationDraft and process employer GPTF
AgreementsAttend Going Pro Talent Fund bi-weekly meetings (as
needed)Enter all award Closeout and Verification information into
WBLOMS and LaunchpadAssist with GPTF Employer Information
SessionsProcess GPTF award completion documentation and
reimbursement invoicesOther duties as assignedPhysical
DemandsDuties require sufficient mobility to work in a normal
office setting and use standard office equipment including a
computer, vision to read printed materials on an LCD screen and
smartphone, hearing and speech sufficient to communicate in person
and over the telephone. These requirements may be reasonably

Requirements:Required QualificationsAll SEMCA team members are
expected to be technically competent and committed to continuous
development of their skills. The following skills, knowledge and
education or certifications are specifically required for this
position:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience equivalent to
seven (7) years or an associate degree plus three (3) years of
relevant experienceProficient in Microsoft Office programs,
specifically Excel, Outlook, and SharePointStrong quantitative
skills and experience with data review and analysisProven ability
to collect, compile and analyze data and produce resulting
reportsStrong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and
in written formExcellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated
willingness to work in a team environment with diverse
membersAbility to effectively prioritize and multi-task
responsibilitiesExcellent organization skills and strong attention
to detailAdapt and collaborate with team members to strengthen the
employer-based training opportunities in the SEMCA regionDesired
QualificationsExperience using CRM systems; Salesforce or Launchpad
preferredProject management experience Compensation details:
