Production Coordinator

Set up production schedule and prioritize based on sales forecast, changes, and efficient flow in production Monitors parts and resource planning in order to complete the schedule -Creates and manages all work instructions and ensures their effectiveness in assembly trainings Creates, maintains, and updates all Bill of Materials -Supports production and engineer in implementation of introduction of new products into production Reviews all production data focusing on efficiency and quality, and creates reports while measuring and analyzing - established KPI metrics -Supports reviewing, analyzing, and acting with regards to KPI's and in improving - efficiency and quality - -Supports in effective implementation of IOT devices and tracking in production Supports the production managerActing supervisor of production in the absence of a production manager -Potential member of the internal audit team -Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm - - - - - - - - - $50k- $60k -The Phillip Charles Group offers Direct Deposit or Pay Card for weekly payroll, 6 paid holidays, 401K benefits, and ACA compliant medical insurance are also available. • ERP knowledge
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with technical background and experience
• Production planning
• A flexible work schedule; ability to work after hours/weekends on an as needed basis
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
