*We are Hiring Experienced Production Operators to join our team!*


*Shifts and Pay Rate*


* 1st Shift: 5a-1pm =$16.51

* 2nd Shift: 1 pm-9 pm=$17.01

* 3rd Shift: 9pm-5am/10p-6a=$17.26

*Your Role includes the following tasks:*


* Sets up a work area with proper supplies such as boxes, tags, etc., as required

* Verify and monitor the material

* Check parts to ensure standards are being met

* Properly pack the product

* Contain scrap in proper collection bins

* Accurately completes required documentation

* Assist in training when required

* Make suggestions for continuous improvements

* Mandatory weekend overtime is required on some weekends- notification is made by Wednesday of each week

* Must be dependable

* Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without a reasonable accommodation

* Must have good attendance and be willing to learn


*Additional Benefits and Compensation:*


* 5% raise in December of 2024

* 4% raise in December 2025 and 2026

* PLUS a $600.00 bonus in December 2025 and 2026

* 13 paid Holidays After 90 days including 1 Floating Holiday

* 4 Paid Personal Days

* The Attendance Bonus Award Program pays eligible employees $100 monthly AND Quarterly.

Pay: $16.51 - $17.01 per hour
