Base Pay Range: $17.46 - $29.67 Per HourPrimary Location:

Group/Division The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA
is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and
Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations,
Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA
Services organization partners with our field teams and customers
in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and
productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of
services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management
of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics,
image processing and motion control with worldwide service
engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management
systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide
availability of parts.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsDay
to day tasks will involve going through emails and responding to
requests the same day, going through a report on Excel, and execute
filters and sorting mechanism to see all/open action items based on
the report.Basic SAP skills preferred, but not necessary.You will
also be working with multiple different teams (i.e. buyers, the
call center, technical support, and customer facing personnel) and
will be responsible for providing updates with accurate
information.You will be required to learn how to extrapolate the
report, conducting Vlookups, and posting the report for internal
and external audience.The objective of this role is to fulfill
orders timely and working with the buyers to update the date in SAP
and the expected ship date as accurately as possible.Minimum
QualificationsRequires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related
