Description:The Construction Team Lead is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the T-alts, model creations and assigned cap x projects. This is a fast paced and detail orientated position that keeps the work moving and the office functioning. This individual is highly motivated, with very good organization, technical and communication skills. This individual must be a top-notch project scheduler with the expertise to help a team of professionals to reach project goals and deliver superior service.Requirements:The Construction Team Lead is a hands on position that is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the T-alts, model creations and assigned cap x projects. This is a fast paced and detail orientated position that keeps the work moving and the office functioning. This individual must be a top-notch project scheduler with the expertise to help a team of professionals to reach project goals and deliver superior service.ResponsibilitiesMay prepare and execute all Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders, and Contractor Service RequestsSupport the project start-up and close-out processes on each jobMaintain all job folders.
