promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to
existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs
analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer
relationships. Establish tools, targets, and reports to track
dealer performance and facilitate dealer development. Expedite the
resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within
schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other
departments. Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales
and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer
needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential
for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and
promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback Go above
and beyond for each and every customer. Qualifications: Customer
service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able
to address their needs. Interpersonal skills to work with a wide
variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling
customers and making a sale. Communication skills, especially
persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to
potential customers. Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives
may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time
traveling between locations and carry heavy products. No drug or
alcohol related driving incidents in the last 3 years
