Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A Special Education Teacher opportunity is available
for the 2025-2026 school year, beginning ASAP and continuing
through May 2026. The position involves working with a K-8 caseload
in an elementary school setting. The role requires managing a
resource classroom where student behaviors may vary, calling for a
flexible and patient approach to instruction. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for
students with diverse learning needs Provide direct instruction and
support in a resource classroom setting Monitor and assess student
progress regularly, adapting teaching methods as needed Collaborate
with general education teachers, support staff, and families to
promote student success Maintain accurate records and communicate
effectively with all stakeholders Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working
with elementary-level students (K-8) with special needs Ability to
manage a caseload with varying behaviors Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Willingness to participate in both in-person
