Clinical Director to join our team and lead our clinical services.
Position Summary: The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical
operations of our organization, ensuring the highest standards of
care and clinical excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader
with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and
extensive experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The Clinical Director will be responsible for supervising clinical
staff, developing and implementing treatment programs, and ensuring
compliance with ethical and professional standards. Key
Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and oversight to a
team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and monitor client progress.
Ensure all clinical services meet the highest ethical and
professional standards. Provide training, mentorship, and
professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to
ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of client progress and treatment. Stay current with
advancements in the field of ABA and implement best practices.
Oversee clinical operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation
standards. Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate in Applied
Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and COBA certification are
required. Pupil Services Licensure through the Ohio Department of
Education is preferred, but not required upon hire A minimum of
5-10 years of experience as a BCBA. Proven experience in a clinical
leadership role. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse
team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
